Med Marlo is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape EHR, RCM clearinghouse, and patient portal experiences for outpatient practices. You will work with engineering and clinical advisors to design workflows that connect charting, claim submission, ERA posting, and secure patient self-service.

This is a remote-friendly role focused on HIPAA-minded product design. You will translate billing and clinical requirements into intuitive interfaces for providers, billers, and practice administrators.

• Design encounter, billing, and patient portal flows that reduce duplicate data entry across clinical and revenue cycle teams.
• Partner with product and engineering to prototype eligibility, claim status, denial, and ERA experiences.
• Create accessible UI patterns for providers, billers, and front-desk staff in outpatient settings.
• Validate designs with practice stakeholders and iterate based on workflow feedback.
• Document design specs that engineering can implement across EHR, RCM, and portal surfaces.
• Maintain consistency with Med Marlo design standards and HIPAA-minded interaction patterns.
• Support usability reviews for new clearinghouse, eligibility, and payment connector workflows.
• Contribute to a patient-centered portal experience for scheduling, messaging, results, and payments.

• 3+ years designing complex web applications, ideally in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design for multi-role workflows.
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile delivery cycles.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping skills.
• Comfort discussing HIPAA-minded design constraints with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
