These terms govern access to Med Marlo EHR, RCM/clearinghouse, and Patient Portal services. By creating an account or using the platform, your organization agrees to use the services for lawful healthcare operations only.

Demo environments (ourehr.duckdns.org, ourbilling.duckdns.org, ourportals.duckdns.org) are provided for evaluation. Production use requires a signed agreement and appropriate business associate arrangements where applicable.

Med Marlo is designed with HIPAA-minded controls including organization isolation, role-based access, and audit logs. Customers remain responsible for their own compliance programs, workforce training, and BAAs with third-party vendors.

We do not sell patient data. Access to protected health information is limited to authorized users within your organization and support staff under agreed terms.

Users must not attempt to access other organizations' data, interfere with platform security, or use Med Marlo for non-healthcare purposes. Credentials must be kept confidential and accounts deactivated when staff leave.

Integration connectors (clearinghouse, eligibility, labs, e-prescribing, payments) may require separate vendor agreements and credentials. Sandbox-ready connectors are not live production integrations until configured.

We may suspend access for violations of these policies or applicable law.

Med Marlo software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Med Marlo. Customers retain ownership of their clinical and billing data entered into the platform.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without written permission.

The marketing website may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. The clinical applications use session authentication appropriate for healthcare workflows.

Do not disable security controls required by your organization's policies when accessing production environments.

Subscription tiers (Practice, Growth, Enterprise) are billed per your signed agreement. Payment processing integrations are sandbox-ready pending vendor credentials — live payment processing is not included by default.
